Turned from a days old green piece of madrone with a natural bark inclusion in the middle, this footed bowl opened up wide during the drying process. Walnut bowties stitch the bottom shut while the bowl sits on six tiny feet. The outside of this bowl has been only lightly sanded to leave small grain ripples that the drying process had left, while the inside has been sanded smooth.
